Disclaimer

The following text is a translation of the original German Disclaimer of wishsite. In case of contradiction or uncertainty the original German Disclaimer shall prevail.

Liability for contents

We produce the contents of our site with maximum care and conscientiousness. However, we cannot give any warranty for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. According to § 7 subsection 1 German Tele-Media Act, we as the service provider are responsible for the contents on these sites. According to §§ 8 to 10 German Tele-Media Act, this responsibility however does not entail the duty to monitor transmitted or stored outside information or to search for circumstances indicating illicit activities. Duties to remove or block the use of information according to general law naturally remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard can only be claimed from the time of knowledge of a specific breach of law. If a breach of law becomes known to us, we shall delete the contents in question or make them inaccessible without delay.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to third parties' sites ("external links"). We cannot influence the contents of these sites and they are exclusively subject to the responsibility and liability of the operators in question. To the extent that an external website has been linked by a self-produced site (and not by a user's wish list), the external site has been examined for possible breaches of law at the time of the linking. External links produced via a user-generated wish list are systematically examined once for pertinent breaches of law. No breaches of law were apparent at these points in time. However, we have no kind of influence on the current and future design and on the contents of the linked sites. A permanent control of the external links cannot be reasonably expected of the provider without specific indications of breaches of law. Likewise, a complete examination of all user-generated links cannot be reasonably expected. If we know of breaches of law, the pertinent external links shall however be deleted by us without delay.

The contents of our site are subject to German copyright. Any exploitation not permitted by German copyright law shall require our written consent or that of the owner of the rights in question. This shall in particular entail reproduction, storage in databases or other electronic media or other kinds of processing of the contents, both completely and also in parts. If the contents on our site have not been produced by us, the third parties' copyrights shall apply. Contents and rights of third parties have been marked as such. If you become aware of a breach of copyright, we request that you inform us. If breaches of copyright become known to us, we shall remove the contents in question without delay.
Portrayal of this website in outside frames is only admissible with written consent.
